Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Registered Attendee(s) are allowed to transfer their course or workshop payment to another person or attendee for the same conference. (The registered attendee is responsible for resolving/finding an alternative attendee; not the course Host/Creative Director). "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" Host/Creative Director is not responsible for any attendee expenses, directly or indirectly, associated but not limited to, travel to and from the event, lodging expenses, food outside of the course or workshop sessions, or as a result of the cancellation/or postponement of this event for any reason. The attendee acknowledges and agrees to all aforementioned terms and conditions at the time of purchase and understands that the attendee may be required to sign “terms and conditions” in person or by “e-signature” prior to the event.
If "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" Host/Creative Director “cancels” (not moving forward with a newly rescheduled date whether in-person or virtual) the course or workshop, the Attendee will receive a full refund minus any processing fees but only when the course or workshop Host/Creative Director initiates the cancellation and is not able to find an alternative date/location or is not able to provide the course or workshop virtually.
If any "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" course or workshop is forced to cancel due to inclement weather or any other occurrence beyond our control including, but not limited to, flood, fire, or natural disaster, or if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" of its inability to hold the event, or if a local government-declared emergency status or regulation is in effect for the location of the event, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration monies paid will be applied to the rescheduled event date at the rate you locked into when you registered. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred are not the responsibility of "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" course, workshop, or conference is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized) prohibit you from traveling, "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" cannot refund your registration fee.
Medical Cancellation Policy
If a registered attendee cancels due to positive COVID/FLU test results, COVID/FLU-like symptoms, or medical illness the attendee can participate in the next in-person course or workshop within one year of the date of the original course or workshop in which they are registered for. All monies paid for the original in-person course or workshop will be locked in and applied to the next scheduled course or workshop date. No full refund will be given for any COVID, FLU, or Medical circumstance. Access can be given to attendees who prefer to take the course or workshop virtually in lieu of the in-person course or workshop, however, no difference in monies paid will be refunded. Attendee also has the right to transfer the original in-person course or workshop to another person 3 days before the start of the in-person course or workshop (please see refund policy).
Host Cancellation Policy
If "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" Host/ Creative Director cancels the in-person course or workshop due to COVID, flu, or medical illness, all attempts will be made to reschedule the course or to have another qualified professional move forward with the in-person course or workshop. If the previous attempts cannot be ascertained, the Attendee will receive a full refund minus any processing fees but only when the in-person course or workshop Host/Creative Director initiates the cancellation and is not able to find an alternative date/location/person or is not able to provide the course or workshop virtually.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel because you no longer want to or can no longer attend, we will not provide any refunds, but you can transfer/sell your registration to another individual. You will need to handle the transfer on your own and provide proof of the transfer to us within 3 days before the date of the course, workshop, or conference.
You can cancel your registration at any time with no penalties, but any monies paid at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. If you are on a payment plan, your payments are STILL due unless you have set up an alternate payment arrangement with us and are non-refundable once paid.
Transfer Policy
A transfer means, that if you are unable to attend a "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" course, workshop, or conference yourself, you cannot get a refund, but you could sell (or otherwise transfer) your registration ticket to someone else to use.
Regarding the Attendee Cancellation Policy above, a transfer is available to you if you are no longer able to or no longer want to attend "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" COURSE, WORKSHOP, OR CONFERENCE. A transfer qualifies as a completed registration (all monies paid in full) and the transfer is for "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)", WORKSHOP, OR CONFERENCE of the specific year you purchased a registration for.
You are responsible for handling the transfer on your own and will need to provide proof of the transfer to us.
A transfer is NOT a credit towards a future "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" registration.
Postponement Policy
If any "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" COURSE, WORKSHOP, OR CONFERENCE is postponed or rescheduled and you are no longer able to attend due to a conflict with the new date, any registration monies paid will be transferred to a future "The Floral Blueprint (TFB)" COURSE, WORKSHOP, OR CONFERENCE.
You are also required to complete a COVID LIABILITY WAIVER BEFORE ATTENDING AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP.

Virtual Course Policy
Customers will receive access to the virtual course after checkout. This is a self-paced course that will remain in effect for one year after the purchase date.
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. But please contact us paedprepschool@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Digital Download Policy
Customers will receive access or a link to view and download their digital products after checkout.
